Rhubarb, raspberry and ginger G&T at The Ivy
Ingredients: 35ml Slingsby Rhubarb Gin, 10ml lemon juice, Fever-Tree ginger ale, 25ml Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur
Method: Add crushed ice to a hiball glass. Pour in Slingsby Rhubarb Gin. Add in lemon juice. Top up with FeverTree Ginger Ale and a dash of Chambord. Garnish with a wheel of lime.

Mint julep The Mirror Bar at The Landmark Hotel
Ingredients: 60ml Bourbon whiskey, 8-10 mint leaves, 10ml sugar syrup, Angostura Bitters
Method: Mix all the ingredients in a julep cup. Fill the cup with crushed ice. Garnish with mint leaves and Angostura Bitters.

Crocker’s Punch at Crocker’s Folly
Ingredients: 200ml Gosling Rum, 150ml fresh lemonade, 150ml grapefruit juice, 30ml grenadine syrup, water
Method: Add the rum, lemonade, grapefruit juice, grenadine syrup to a large pitcher. Give it a light stir. Top up with water and garnish with orange slices, maraschino cherries and fresh mint.
